Effective August 22, 2025, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board revoked Brian Kraig Telfair’s license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia based on his affidavit consenting to the revocation. By tendering his consent to revocation at a time when a disciplinary complaint, investigation, or proceeding was pending, Telfair acknowledged that the material facts upon which the disciplinary complaint, investigation, or proceeding are predicated are true, and if the disciplinary proceedings based on the alleged conduct were brought or prosecuted to a conclusion, he could not successfully defend them.
