Notice Regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act

  • In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Virginia State Bar (VSB) will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities in the provision of its programs, services, or activities.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Grievance Procedure

  • As required by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Virginia State Bar (VSB) has established the ADA Grievance Procedure to ensure the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in the provision of programs, services, and activities by the VSB.

ADA Grievance Form

  • This Grievance Form is designed to gather information that is needed to determine whether your complaint states a potential violation of the ADA. Therefore, please fill out PART l of this form completely and file as soon as possible, but no later than 30 business days after the alleged violation.
