Supreme Court of Virginia Amends Rules 1A:8, 1:1C, 3A:25, 5:5, 5A:3, and 5A:31
On July 17, 2026, the Supreme Court of Virginia amended Rule of Court 1A:8 — Military Spouse Provisional Admission. The amended Rule 1A:8 takes effect on September 15.
In addition to this change, the Supreme Court of Virginia ordered that the below rules be amended, effective September 15. Read the Court's order.
