Supreme Court of Virginia Amends Rules 1A:8 and 3C:2
On October 2, 2025, the Supreme Court of Virginia amended the following Rules of Court: 1A:8 – Military Spouse Provisional Admission; and 3C:2 – Uniform Fine Schedule. Rule 3C:2 is effective immediately, while Rule 1A:8 goes into effect on December 1, 2025.
An amendment to Part 6, Section IV, Paragraph 13 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia has also been made. Click here for details.
