The section regularly advises its members of changes in this area of law, and increases the public's awareness of their rights and obligations related to ownership and transfer of real estate interest. The section publishes a newsletter, Fee Simple, and holds continuing legal education seminars on current real property topics.

The Real Property Section offers exclusive content for members. Ensure that you can read all the great information from the section with no delay by paying your annual section dues on July 1 every year.
