Ordered May 17, 2023, and effective June 22, 2023, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board suspended Charles Gregory Phillips’s license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia for one year with terms for violating professional rules that govern safekeeping property in VSB Docket No. 23-080-127641 to run concurrently with a five-year suspension for violating the terms of a previous suspension with terms issued by the Circuit Court of Roanoke County on March 5, 2018. This was an agreed disposition of misconduct charges.
