Presented by the Business Law Section of the Virginia State Bar in cooperation with the Virginia Bar Association Business Law Section, the Advanced Business Law Conference is designed to assist business law lawyers with the challenging task of providing practical, experience-based advice to clients in connection with business formations, growth, and transactions.
