Disciplinary Board Hearings

Due to the September 25, 2024 Declaration of a State of Emergency Due to Hurricane Helene, Executive Order 37 (2024), one member of the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board impacted by the declared emergency will join the proceedings through electronic communication means. A member of the public impacted by the declared emergency who wants to join the public meeting through electronic communication means, should contact the Clerk of the Disciplinary System at (804) 775-0539.
