The Special Committee on Technology and the Future Practice of Law is composed of lawyers with expertise and interest in legal technology. The committee educates and advises the bar and the public in areas where law and technology intersect. The following are the reports published by this committee:
The committee members are appointed by the VSB President-elect after volunteers are solicited in the fall in Virginia Lawyer magazine, in emails, and online; applications are due in February. Applicants send a brief résumé and fill out a committee preference form.
