The VSB Administrative Law Section invites you to join a timely discussion covering legislative changes to energy policy in Virginia. Dozens of bills were proposed in the 2026 legislative session on a range of areas affecting utilities, including topics such as affordability, data center regulation, and integrated resource planning.
Josephus Allmond, Chief Energy Officer of Virginia, will present a summation of these bills that are ultimately passed by the General Assembly and signed by the Governor. This lecture will highlight how the changing laws will affect utility regulation.
