If your password has expired, click the "Forgot password?" link above and follow the directions. Resetting passwords does not work on iPhones. Please use a computer to update your password.

Please note that some email providers such as AOL, Yahoo and Gmail delay emails of this type, and if you have clicked on the “Forgot my password” or "Forgot my username" multiple times, you may be receiving this email more than six hours later. Please use the most recent password reset request. You may also mitigate this issue by adding [email protected] to your approved senders list (whitelisting this email address in your settings). This tells your email provider that you trust the sender and want their messages to appear in your inbox instead of your spam folder.

Create a new password using the "Forgot Password" option using your email address of record. If you do not know your email address of record please contact [email protected], and include your VSB ID#.

Runtime Error at Sign In

If you receive a Runtime Error at Sign In, clearing browser cookies (clear cookies) and reloading your browser should fix this issue, and allow you to sign in.

Clear Cookies in Chrome

See instructions to clear cookies in Chrome. 

On your computer, open Chrome.

  • At the top right, click More More icon then scroll down to SettingsSettings icon
  • Click Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.
  • Click See all site data and permissions.
  • At the top right, search for the website's name.
  • To the right of the site, click Delete Delete icon
  • To confirm, click Delete.

Clear Cookies in Edge

  • In Edge, select Settings and more in the upper right corner of your browser window.

  • Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
  • Select Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now.
  • Under Time range, choose a time range from the list.
  • Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now.
    All your cookies and other site data will now be deleted for the time range you selected. This signs you out of most sites.

Manage Communication Preferences

Virginia lawyers should sign in to unsubscribe from voluntary emails through their preference tab. Lawyers may not opt out of compliance emails.

Non-lawyers may contact [email protected] to set up a non-member account to request updates on VSB news. If you are a non-lawyer receiving emails from the VSB contact [email protected] to be removed from the email list.
