Spare the Child

This publication describes the dilemma for children when parents don’t get along with one another, particularly in the event of divorce. Clarifying the many emotional and pragmatic problems children must deal with, it makes parents aware that the problems of their marriage ought to be handled without putting the children in the middle. “Spare the Child? also has an accompanying video created by the Virginia State Bar in conjunction with the Virginia Courts to assist parents in handling visitation, custody and child support issues with the best interests of the child in mind.
