Mark your calendar for Thursday and Friday, November 7–8, at the Boar's Head Resort in Charlottesville. Live on-site, webcast, and telephone options will be available. The VSB Construction Law and Public Contracts Section and Virginia CLE® are working together to finalize details of the seminar. Registration and hotel information will be posted here as soon as they are available.

Fellowships are available for the fall seminar fee. This year's fees will run between $479–$559 for 12 hours of CLE, including 2 ethics credits. To apply for a fellowship, send a letter (300 words or less) to Spencer Wiegard addressing: (1) your involvement in construction or public contracts, (2) your learning goals for the conference, and (3) whether you are seeking a full or partial fellowship and why. Fellowship application deadline is Tuesday, September 10, but early applications are strongly encouraged.
