Join the Corporate Counsel Listserv

To join the VSB Corporate Counsel Section discussion group, please consider both subscription methods below and choose the best option that works for you:

  1. Create an Account with ListServ and Subscribe


    This method serves as a dashboard and allows you to access discussion archives as needed.
    Follow this link and create an account with ListServ by clicking “Register Password”. You will be asked to confirm your registration via email.
    After confirming your account registration, you will click on this link again and log in to your account. You will then be able to subscribe to the Corporate Counsel list and customize your notification settings.

  2. Subscribe via email


    This method adds your email address to the list and sends discussion group communications via email. You will not have access to conversation archives unless you create an account with ListServ.
    To subscribe, send a blank email to [email protected]. You will receive an email within minutes, asking you to confirm your subscription request. Once you confirm, you will be subscribed and will be included in discussions via email.

    3. Once you have subscribed to the Corporate Counsel Listserv, you may post questions or discussion topics to the list which will reach all subscribed members.

     

    To post to the list:

    If you chose Option 1 above,

    follow these instructions:

     

    1. Log into your account
    2. On the left menu, click Subscriptions
    3. In the center, you should see Corporate Counsel in blue. Click this link. It will take you to the Corporate Counsel Archives where you can see historic and ongoing discussions.
    4. In the upper right corner of your screen, click on this icon ≡ and from this menu select Post Message

     

    If you chose Option 2 above,

    you can post to the Corporate Counsel list by sending an email with your discussion topic or question to [email protected].

     

    Please be mindful if sending documents through the listserv – you are encouraged to share sensitive information through a secure file-sharing service such as Dropbox.

    To Unsubscribe, you may send a blank email to the listerv or email Mallory Ralston who can remove you from the list.
