Military and Veterans Law Symposium
The VSB Military Law Section invites you to attend the 2024 Military and Veterans Law Symposium at a new venue: the 3rd Floor Conference Room of the Bank of America Building in Downtown Richmond. This year's event will offer both in-person and virtual attendance, along with 5.5 hours of CLE credit and 1 hour of Ethics credit (approved). The cost of the symposium is $40 per person.
The symposium will have the honor of featuring the Hon. Michael J. Missal, inspector general for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), who will discuss conducting meaningful independent oversight of the VA. The symposium will also feature seminar topics such as How the National Guard Works, Ethical Duties of a Veterans Advocate, Representing Veterans, and Navigating the World of Security Clearances.
